Uday Kiran who shot to fame with youthful entertainers like ‘Nuvvu Nenu’, 'Manasanta Nuvve', becoming a lover boy after his debut in Chitram in 2000 is no more. In a shocker to all his fans and Tollywood industry, he ended his life at 12.15 AM yesterday at his flat in Srinagar Colony. Uday Kiran was rushed to Apollo Hospital, Film Nagar by neighbours but doctors pronounced him dead. Sources say Uday made some calls to his friends before taking this shocking decision. He last spoke to his friend Bhupal. His last SMS went to his wife Vishita reading "I LOVE YOU" who was in a birthday party. When his friends found that his cellphone was switched off, they quickly alerted neighbours but by that time it was too late to save him. Uday Kiran was born on 26,June,1980 and went on to star in 21 films. He won Filmfare award for his performance in Nuvvu Nenu. Uday Kiran married his girlfriend Vishita in 2012. His career was on downslide with six big flops in recent years. He has lost many opportunities after his row with the Mega family and was struggling to come back and reclaim his status in the Telugu cinema. Tollywood celebrities like Srikanth, Aryan Rajesh and Tarun reached hospital on hearing the news. His last film, Jai Sriram, had released in April last year. Reasons for the suicide are yet to be ascertained,we the team from AHL wishes that his soul will rest in eternal peace!
